Psychotherapy + Medication Management (45 min): $250
Psychotherapy + Medication Management (45 min): $300
Individual Psychotherapy (45 min): $225

Faith-Based Individual Psychotherapy (45 min): $225
Perinatal Mental Health Evaluation (60-90 min): $325
Annual Comprehensive Re-Evaluation (45-60 min): $250

Group Psychotherapy $50-60 per session

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care. You will receive this estimate before your scheduled appointment. If the actual bill exceeds the estimate by $400 or more, you may dispute the charge. For questions or more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Insurance Accepted

If you have insurance but prefer not to use it, or if you have a plan we are not yet credentialed with, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50-80% of the allowed amount.

Sliding Scale

At Impact Mental Wellness, we believe that quality mental health care should be accessible. We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for self-pay clients who demonstrate financial need. Eligibility is based on household income and determined on a case-by-case basis.
